25 años de magia: Disneyland Paris

¡Hola a todos! No sabéis las ganas que tenía de escribir sobre uno de mis viajes, y, por fin, está aquí: ¡MI POST SOBRE DISNEYLAND PARIS! Lo estoy escribiendo sobre la marcha, pero ya estoy segura de que os va a gustar. Si estáis pensando en visitar Disneyland, este post os va a ser super útil para saber todo lo que tenéis que saber antes de ir (yo iba más perdida que un pulpo en un garaje). Y si, por lo pronto, no entra en vuestros planes este viaje, no pasa nada, porque vais a disfrutar como niños pequeños con todas las fotos que os voy a enseñar. La primera vez que estuve en Disneyland Paris tenía 12 años. Ahora, otros 12 años más tarde, miraba atrás recordando ese viaje y lo que más me venía a la mente era la «magia» que sientes dentro de ese parque. Y es que, puede parecer una tontería, pero realmente la magia existe y está en Disney. Yo pensaba que era producto de ser una cría, pero ahora, con 24 años, he vuelto a sentir exactamente lo mismo. Estuvimos 3 días en el parque y es el tiempo necesario para disfrutar por completo de la experiencia (pero sin dormirnos en los laureles eh XD ). Para los que no lo sepáis, en realidad, hay dos parques uno al lado del otro, estuvimos un par de días en Disneyland, y el tercer día en Walt Disney Studios (no es que este no mole, pero es que el otro es…).

Hello to everybody! You can’t imagine how excited I was of writing about one of my trips, and, finally, it’s here: MY POST ABOUT DISNEYLAND PARIS! I’m writing this on the march, but I’m already really sure that you will like it. If you are thinking in visiting Disneyland, this post is going to be very useful to know everything you have to know before going (I was like a fish out of water). And if, for now, it’s not in your plans this trip, it doesn’t matter, because you are going to enjoy as a little child with all the pictures I’m going to show you. The first time I was in Disneyland Paris I was 12 years old. And now, other 12 years later, I looked back remembering this travel and what appears more in my mind was the «magic» you feel inside this park. And, it could look like a nonsense but, the magic really exists and it’s in Disney. I thought it was because I was a child, but now, with 24, I have felt exactly the same. We spent 3 days in the park and it’s the necessary time to enjoy completely the experience (but with rhythm, not sleeping until midday XD ). For those who don’t know, there are two parks one next to the other, we were a couple of days in Disneyland, and the third day in Walt Disney Studios (this last is so cool too, but the other is…).

El parque de Disneyland contiene todos los clásicos con los que la generación de los 90 hemos crecido: Blancanieves, la Bella Durmiente, Pinocho, Peter Pan, Alicia, Aladdín, Toy Story… Es entrar allí y teletransportarte a un universo paralelo donde todos esos cuentos son reales. Puedes pasear por el castillo de la Princesa Aurora; vivir en primera persona la historia de Blancanieves o Pinocho; perderte en el laberinto de Alicia y la Reina de Corazones; viajar por la galaxia con Buzz Lightyear. La primera vez que fui dije que mi atracción favorita era la de Peter Pan, y hoy, 12 años más tarde, me reitero. Es mágica y si vais no podéis perdérosla. En el otro parque, Walt Disney Studios, encontramos otras pelis más actuales como Ratatouille, Nemo, Monstruos S.A, además de un montón de montañas rusas muy chulas y atracciones donde nos enseñan como se hacen las películas. Puede que sea porque yo crecí con las pelis de los 90 que, obviamente, el otro parque es mi preferido, pero no puedes irte de Disney sin visitar ambos. ¡Es un must! De hecho, la atracción de Ratatouille era nueva para mi y fue una pasada, es la mejor de Walt Disney Studios, ¡te reducen de tamaño 😉 Pero lo importante, ¿qué debes saber si o si sobre Disneyland? Primero, el Fast Pass, si pilláis estos tickets directamente en las atracciones tendréis como una «cita» para poder montaros sin esperar cola (muy recomendable para las atracciones más chulas). Segundo, los espectáculos, hay muchos tipos diferentes y van cambiando según la temporada, pero hay dos en concreto que siempre están y que no puedes perderte: la cabalgata de la tarde con todos los personajes (sobre las 17:30) y el espectáculo de luces final a la hora de cierre. Disneyland park contains all the classics movies, the generation of 90s have grown up with them: Snow White, the Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Alice, Aladdin, Toy Story…You get in the park and you automatically teletransport to a parallel world where all these tales are true. You can walk through the Princess Aurora’s castle, live in first person the story from Snow White or Pinocchio, get lost in the maze of Alice in Wonderland and the Hearts Queen, travel across the galaxy with Buzz Lightyear. The first time I went I said that my favourite attraction was Peter Pan, and today, 12 years later, I reaffirm myself. It’s pure magic and if you go, you can’t miss it. In the other park, Walt Disney Studios, we find other newest movies from Disney, like Ratatouille, Nemo, Monsters S.A, besides many nice roller-coasters and attractions where they show us how they make movies. Maybe it’s because I’m from the 90’s that, obviously, the other park is my favourite, but you can’t leave Disney without visiting both. It’s a must! Actually, the attraction of Ratatouille was new for me and it was amazing, the best one from Walt Disney Studios, they reduce your height! 😉 But the most important, what you should know yes or yes about Disneyland? First, the Fast Pass, if you take those tickets directly in the attractions you will have like an «appointment» to ride it without waiting in the line (very recomendable for the most incredible attractions). Second, the shows, there are so many different types and they change depending of the season, but there are 2 specially that they are always and you can’t miss them: the parade at the afternoon with all the Disney characters (about 17:30) and the final light show at the closing time. I promised, with this last one, I cried. Imagine <3

En lo referente a información útil antes de viajar: Si quieres ir a Disneyland mas barato, jamás compréis el paquete ya hecho que te dan en la agencia de viajes, lo siento pero es el TRIPLE de caro. Yo lo hice, con mucha paciencia, sacando los vuelos por un lado y luego las entradas y la estancia por otro. Obviamente depende de las fechas en las que estés viajando y las ofertas que pilles, pero es posible viajar más barato a Disneyland. El tema «comer en el parque» es CARÍSIMO. Por lo que si quieres comer dentro del parque (yo lo recomiendo porque es genial y te dan mil de comida) tienes que sacarte antes de viajar el paquete con comidas y cenas. Es algo más caro pero te aseguro que te ahorras mucho dinero que yendo sin él. Además tendréis que reservar para comer en los sitios (cuanto antes mejor, porque esta todo LLENO), así que si ya vas con la comida incluida, mucho mejor. Cuando lleguéis al hotel (yo me alojé en el Sequoia Lodge ya que tenía una gran oferta de estancia y pensión completa) os darán un montón de información, las entradas al parque y los tickets de comida. Con todo eso que os dan os aseguro que no tendréis que volver a sacar la cartera en todo el viaje. A no ser, claro, que quieras comprarte todos los souvenirs de Disney, como yo XD Os voy a dejar abajo todos los links útiles a los sitios donde yo reservé mi viaje. Para que el día que lo hagáis vosotros os sea muy sencillo. Referring to useful information before travelling: If you want to go to Disney cheaper, never ever buy the package already done by travel agencies, I’m sorry but they are TRIPLE of expensive. I did it, with so much patience, taking the flights in one site and later the tickets and the accommodation in other one. Obviously, depends on the dates you want to travel and the offers you take, but it’s possible to travel cheaper to Disneyland. The topic «eat in the park» is so EXPENSIVE. So, if you want to eat inside the park (I recommend it because it’s great and they give you so much food) you have to buy before travelling the package with meals. It’s a little bit more expensive but I assure you that you save money that going without it. Besides, you have to book to eat in places (as soon as possible, better, because everything is FULL), so if you already have included the food, much better. When you arrive to the hotel (I stayed in Sequoia Lodge because they had a very good offer of accommodation and full board) they will five you lots of information, the tickets to the park and the tickets to eat. With all that, I promise you don’t need to use your wallet in the whole trip. Unless, of course, you want to buy all the souvenirs from Disney, like me XD I’m going to leave you all the useful links to all the sites where I book my trip.
